Arzachena is the municipality that covers most of Costa Smeralda: Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia, Cannigione, Pevero, Liscia di Vacca. It is the territory I have worked in for over ten years, photographing villas, contemporary architecture and residential projects for estate agencies, architectural practices and private owners.
Architectural photography in Arzachena
Costa Smeralda architecture has a precise grammar: granite, juniper, pale renders, volumes that adapt to the rock rather than impose on it. Photographing it means understanding how the light moves through the day and choosing the moment when the building explains itself best. I work with a tripod and tilt-shift lenses, and keep post-production restrained: lines stay straight and the colours stay those of the place.
